Timothy D. Evans, 62, died peacefully on Saturday March 14, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. 

Tim was born June 29, 1963 in Reidsville NC. The son of Jane Evans. Tim was educated in the Reidsville public schools and later attended Gilford Technical Community College to receive his degree in computer science. 

In 1982, Tim married his wife Robin. They have one daughter. He retired as the systems analyst for International Paper after more than 40 years of service. 

In addition to his wife Robin, Tim leaves behind a daughter, Sandi Lipovsky (Bob) of Guyton GA. Sister, Cheryl Evans of Reidsville NC., Brother, Darrell Evans of Greensboro NC. , and his Granddaughters, Kayla, Abigail, and McKinley. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday March 23, 2026 at the islands chapel of Fox and Weeks funeral home. Burial will follow in the Greenwich Cemetery.
